I currently ship within the UK only. All orders are sent via tracked and insured delivery. Free local collection or hand delivery is also available.

Orders within the UK typically arrive within 3–7 business days once dispatched.

• Prints are made to order — please allow 1–2 weeks for production and dispatch.
  
• Commissions take longer, as they are created from scratch — I’ll provide an estimated completion and delivery timeframe when booking.

• Commissions are non-refundable, as they are created specifically for you.
• Originals and prints can be returned within 30 days if you change your mind. To qualify, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

1. Share Your Vision – Fill out the commission form with as much detail as possible.
2. Finalize the Concept – I’ll review your photos and create digital sketches if needed.
3. Bringing Your Vision to Life – Once approved, I’ll begin your portrait and keep you updated with progress photos.

This depends on size and complexity:

• Small: 10–15 hours
  
• Medium: 20–35 hours
  
• Large: 50–100+ hours
  

I’ll provide an estimated timeframe when booking.

Yes — you can either:

• Pay in full before work begins, or
  
• Spread the cost monthly. Work will begin once the final instalment has been paid.

Yes — all prints are made to order and hand-signed.

• Open edition prints are signed but do not include a certificate of authenticity.
  
• Limited edition prints are signed, numbered, mounted, and include a certificate of authenticity.

Yes — custom framing is available as an optional add-on. Most clients prefer to arrange framing themselves, but I’m happy to provide this service if requested.
