Where do you ship?

I ship worldwide; however, due to new UK laws, I am currently unable to ship to Europe and Ireland.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Orders within the UK typically arrive within 3-7 business days, while international shipping may take 2-4 weeks. Custom commissions may take longer due to the creation process.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

  • Commissions are non-refundable as they are made specifically for you.
  • For all other purchases, returns are accepted within 30 days if you change your mind. The artwork must be returned in its original, unopened packaging with proof of purchase.

How do I commission a custom piece?

To commission a custom artwork, visit the Commissions page and fill out the form. Once submitted, I’ll review your request and provide a detailed quote. You can then decide whether to proceed.

What is your commission process?

  1. Share Your Vision – Fill out the commission form with as much detail as possible. If you’re unsure of what you want, we can work together to refine your idea.
  2. Finalize the Concept – Once a spot becomes available, I’ll contact you to discuss details. If multiple reference photos are provided, I’ll create digital sketches for you to choose from.
  3. Bringing Your Vision to Life – Once the sketch is approved, I’ll provide regular progress updates. Your feedback helps refine the artwork to ensure the final piece is a true tribute to your pet or favorite animal.

How long does a commission take?

Completion time depends on the artwork size and complexity:

  • Small: 10-15 hours
  • Medium: 20-35 hours
  • Large: 50-100+ hours

    I provide estimated timeframes when booking.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes! My standard commission payment structure requires a 50% deposit upfront and the remaining 50% upon completion. However, I also offer flexible payment options, such as:

  • 30% deposit followed by smaller instalments until the full amount is paid.
  • The artwork will only be shipped or handed over once full payment has been received.

Are your prints signed?

Yes! All prints are hand-signed by me. However:

  • Open edition prints do not include a certificate of authenticity.
  • Limited edition prints do include a certificate of authenticity, are individually numbered, and come mounted, ready for framing.

Do you offer framing?

I offer custom framing as an additional service, but most clients prefer to frame the artwork themselves.
