Where I ship

I currently ship within the UK only.

I do not currently offer international shipping through the website.

Dispatch times

Dispatch times depend on the type of item ordered.

Original artworks
Ready-to-send originals are usually dispatched within 3–7 working days unless otherwise stated.

Prints
Prints are made to order, so please allow additional time for production and dispatch.

Commissions
Commissioned artwork is created to order. Timescales vary depending on size, complexity, and current workload, and an estimated timeframe will be discussed when booking.

Delivery method

Orders are sent using tracked and insured delivery where appropriate.

Delivery time estimates are provided in good faith, but delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or circumstances beyond my control may occasionally occur.

Where no specific delivery date has been agreed, UK online sellers are expected to deliver within 30 days.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout or confirmed before payment, depending on the type of order.

For commissions, shipping costs are charged separately unless otherwise agreed.

Local collection and hand delivery

Local collection or hand delivery may be available by arrangement for eligible orders.

If collection or hand delivery is agreed, I will contact you to arrange the details.

Packaging

Artwork is packaged carefully to help protect it in transit.

Mounted work, originals, prints, and commissions are packed according to the format and size of the piece.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and contact me as soon as possible.

Lost parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact me and I will investigate with the delivery provider.
