1. General Information

This website is operated by Abigail Hemmings. Throughout the site, "I," "me," and "my" refer to the artist and owner. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of this website.

By using this site or purchasing from me, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website.

2. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and do not include shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
• Commissions: Clients will receive a PayPal invoice via email for payment. A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon completion before the artwork is shipped.
  
• Payment plans are available for commissions. A typical breakdown is a 30% deposit, followed by smaller payments until the full amount is paid. The artwork will not be shipped until full payment has been received.
  
• All other payments made on the website will be processed through the available payment options listed at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• All orders are insured, trackable, and require a signature upon delivery.
• If a package is unsuccessfully delivered more than once, it will be returned to me, and you will lose all rights to own the artwork. If it is a commissioned piece, you will not receive a refund.
• I currently ship worldwide, except to Europe and Ireland due to UK regulations.
• Orders for ready-to-ship items are processed within 5-7 business days. Commissions have a longer processing time, which will be discussed individually.
• Once shipped, I am not responsible for postal delays, customs fees, or taxes that may apply in your country.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Commissions are non-refundable, as they are custom-made to your specifications.
• For all other purchases, returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order if you change your mind.
• To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging with proof of purchase.
• If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a resolution.

5. Commissions & Custom Artwork

• Commissioned artwork is created based on client-provided reference photos and preferences.
• You will receive progress updates, and three revisions are included in the price. Additional changes cost £20 each.
• Commissions are for personal use only. None of my work is available for commercial use.

6. Signed Prints & Limited Editions

• Open edition prints are signed but do not include a certificate of authenticity.
• Limited edition prints are signed, numbered, and mounted, ready for framing. They also include a certificate of authenticity.
• Once a limited edition print run is sold out, no more prints will be made in that edition.

7. Copyright & Usage Rights

• All artwork, including commissioned pieces, remains my copyright.
• You may not reproduce, modify, or resell my work in any form.
• I reserve the right to use images of commissioned pieces for my portfolio, website, and social media unless agreed otherwise.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• I collect personal data (such as your name, email, and shipping address) only to process orders and communicate with you.
• Your data will never be shared with third parties except for payment processing or shipping purposes.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

• I make every effort to ensure that colours and details of the artwork displayed online match the original pieces, but variations may occur due to screen settings.
• I am not responsible for postal delays, customs fees, or lost/stolen packages once an order has been shipped.
• If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me, and I will do my best to resolve any issues.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
