This piece was created from a reference photo I took at Dauntsey Horse Trials, the same event that inspired Harmony in Motion and Connection. What drew me to this moment was the horse’s concentration and the quiet sense of discipline in the pose. I wanted to capture that feeling of contained energy, where strength and focus are both present without anything needing to be overstated.

This is an original one-of-a-kind artwork, created in 2021. It is also part of the Quiet Power collection, alongside Harmony in Motion and Connection. As an original pastel piece, it has a softness and depth of colour that are best appreciated in person, making it a strong choice for someone who connects with equestrian art and calm, character-led work.
